Heart Warriors Gathering Circle

This monthly gathering circle is for the purpose of empowering and supporting each other in the spiritual and emotional challenges we all face, through sharing deep work and our inner explorations.
The power of your thoughts in manifesting your reality is a well researched and widely discussed subject. Your internal talk is a powerful force of creation. We will explore how our mind works and how you can align your mind and heart to create the life you want to live.
As humanity undergoes a shift in consciousness, more of us heed the call of the spirit and yearn to create a deeply valued life. This requires each of us to go through deep internal excavation, which is a courageous undertaking that often feels lonely and overwhelming. Embarking in this work together may give you a deep sense of Belonging and the Resilience to go through your transformation with Grace.
The gatherings would be lead in a heart-centered space that is caring, safe, respectful and non-judgmental. I will be the facilitator at times – guiding us through processes that seem valuable to the group, and providing tools to continue your inner-journey. The gatherings will be fluid in addressing what comes up most for the participants.

About DAFNA ~ At an early age I became fascinated with the human psyche and the journey of the Soul. My beliefs resonated with unconventional ways of healing, which led me to research and practice various elements of; Eastern Philosophy, Psychology, Buddhism, Spirituality, Metaphysics, Quantum Physics, Neuroscience and Holistic Healing modalities.
Through the years I have worked in various areas and capacities. A decade ago, while working in a not-for-profit Society, I had the privilege of working with individuals dealing with profound issues such as; Addictions, Homelessness, Severe Neglect and Abuse, Suicidal thoughts, Hopelessness and Mental discord. Engaging in this work both humbled and fulfilled me deeply, and ultimately opened me to dis-cover my calling.
I passionately believe that people have an infinite capacity to heal from even the most challenging of life's events. My practice is founded on the core belief that each person is born with an Innate Wisdom that can guide them in their lives.
~ My greatest passion is to remind people of their Divine Essence & Creative Power ~
